Definition of Nation
In general, the nation is a collection of people who shaped the State. In a sociological sense of the nation referred to "community groups" that are naturally destined to live together and kinship and sepenanggungan within a State. For example the Republic of Indonesia consists of many-fated tribe and nation. In the science of the State Administration there are different understanding of the term nation. Regarding the definition of the following nations by Budiyanto (1997), put forward the opinion of some experts state that is famous like:
- Ernest Renah (France) A nation formed by the desire to live together premises great sense of solidarity.
- Otto Bauer (Germany) Nation is a group of people who have common characters. Characteristics grow because of the similarity of fate.
- F. Ratzel (Germany) A nation formed by the hastrat berasatu. Hastrat that arise because of the sense of unity between humans and place of residence
- Hans Ohn (Germany) Nation is the fruit of human life in history. A nation is a group of diverse and unbiased formulated inexact. Most nations have a particular objective factor that distinguishes it from other nations.
Based on the above opinion can be concluded that basically the people are the people who have had unity of determination to build a future together.
